As part of our EY-DET-FS team, you will help clients develop their next-generation digital transformation strategies, solutioning, product development also cloud migration.

We’re looking for a Manager with expertise to build highly available and heavy traffic fault-tolerant applications using Java, Spring, Spring Boot and Angular/React technologies. You'll get to work with cutting-edge technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS/AZURE/GCP and will help design for banking, financial services and insurance sector. Your key responsibilities

• Knowledge of applying object-oriented and functional programming styles to real-world software engineering problems.
• Demonstrable understanding of high-quality coding and testing practices.
• Leveraging deep understanding and adoption of Agile software delivery techniques and technologies including Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).
• Developing solutions using a variety of technologies and tools to marry on-premises and cloud-based systems together.
• Hands-on experience in Cloud API and Microservices design and development using any Cloud Platform.
• Hands-on Experience in HTML 5, CSS/CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks like Angular JS, React etc.
• An appetite to learn new technologies and a drive for continual improvement.
• Developing scalable, fast, robust, and simple web-based solutions to solve complex business problems
• Keep up to date on emerging capabilities in open-source areas and identify where and how new capabilities can be applied
• Work closely with Product Management to plan and negotiate iterative development cycles in an Agile environment
• Suggests alternative technical solutions to meet client requirements more efficiently, and/or with greater reusability.
• Contribute to EY’s internal knowledge base on best practices in this full technology area.
• Completion of assigned tasks on time and regular status reporting to the lead
• Keen sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize problems, analyse and resolve issues.
• Manage the team members by ensuring that the tasks are completed on time.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• BTech/MTech OR Master’s in Computer Applications
• 5-8 years of sound industry experience.
• Strong in following technologies.
• Any Cloud Experience (AWS/AZURE/GCP/PCF)
• Java, J2EE, Java8
• Eclipse IDE, Spring boot, Spring Cloud
• REST/SOAP-based API development
• HTML 5, CSS/CSS3
• Angular JS, React etc.
• Maven/Gradle
• Junit, Mockito
• ORM, Hibernate, MySQL
• XML, JSON
• JMS
• GIT, SVN or any Code repository tools
• Docker and Kubernetes
• SWAGGER 2.0
• OAUTH, SAML
• Design Patterns
• Caching (Redis/Memcache)
• NoSQL database (MongoDB/Cassandra/CouchDB)

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Akka/Scala/Lightbend
• Kafka
• Any BPM tools (Camunda)
• Splunk or ELK
• Experience working on CMMI / Agile / SAFE methodologies
• Oracle, IBM DB2, SQL Server, MySQL
