In this role, you will provide program support to theteam. You will be responsible for the overall operation of daily office functions and duties, as well as administrational support in various projects, controlling and reporting activities, and more independent collaboration with other departments.
What you’ll do:
- Support the Project Management Office execute day-to-day operations
- Maintain up-to-date filing and reference systems, assists in accounting and reporting activities
- Provide administrative support for strategic projects (e.g. Digital Talent VIP Board and Talent Awards)
- Provide support on analytics and reporting of core KPIs
- Manage correspondence and prepares documentation
- Coordinate programs and events for the team as a whole
- Collaborate with various staff and departments to administratively support various projects
- Over time, coordinates and executes cross-units projects and special tasks
- 6-month placement, but ideally 1 year if your university allows
Accountability
- Responsible for delivery of assigned tasks
- Directed in several aspects of their work
- More straightforward tasks are accomplished without assistance
- Provides administrative technical support
Complexity
- Resolves issues with limited complexity within general work direction and clearly defined framework of departmental/ functional guidelines and practices
Experience
- General proficiency with tools and procedures required to accomplish the job
- Experience with automation and advanced Excel functionalities
Communication
- Develops collaborative work relationships within own team and within limited scope cross-functional
- Communicates within works assignment clearly, in a way that others can understand
- Communicates relevant messages in a timely manner and with constructive feedback within the team
Language
- English-speaking mandatory, additional languages is a plus
