Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with colleagues across People Analytics and HR to conduct analyses and provide recommendations for actions that will have the maximum impact
• Advise partners on how to measure abstract learning/culture/talent concepts and use these metrics in analyses
• Conduct statistical analyses to test hypotheses
• Manage analyses from start to finish, including ideation, design, execution, change management, and iteration
• Lead project teams, providing guidance on execution and ensuring delivery of a final product that exceeds stakeholders’ expectations
• Visualize findings and tell a compelling story with data to present insights in an effective and usable manner
• Identify data patterns and trends and provide insights to enhance decision making capabilities
• Gather data to measure the effectiveness of new initiatives and improve analyses going forward
• Stay up to date on developments within the Learning & Development space to recommend new ways to analyze data

• Bachelors/University degree, Master’s degree preferred,especially in a field such as Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
• Experience working in analytics in a global environment with complex data
• Knowledge of Human Resources data, terminology and systems, especially with a focus on learning, development, talent, and/or culture data
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and techniques
