What you’ll do:

Delivery & Engagement Operations in Cloud Application Services Americas

In this role, you’ll:

• Support the Application Service Management Team and CAS Engagements;
• Support operations of our CAS Managed Services; (AMS Concept)
• Use analytical skills to provide inputs and recommendations to improve the operation.
• Have the opportunity to learn about complex landscapes in real scenarios
• Interaction with Global Teams and SAP RISE Customers
• Upskill in Analytics and continuous improvement for real cases
• Gain experience in ITIL processes and Delivery Operations
• Possibility to learn about SAP Solutions contracted by our Customers

• Current studying Product Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills

• ITIL principles (ITIL/ITSM/AMS) is a plus
• Excel, PowerBI, DAX, PowerQuery is a plus
