As an SOC Architect, you will be a crucial member of our architecture group, responsible for defining and designing the architecture of our advanced AI SOC solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that our products meet performance, power, and area requirements while maintaining the highest standards of quality and innovation.Key Responsibilities:Define and develop the architecture for AI-focused SOC solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, verification, software, and systems engineering, to ensure cohesive SOC architecture and implementationLead the specification and documentation of SOC features and requirementsOversee the integration of various IP blocks and subsystems, ensuring compatibility and optimal performanceProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team membersConduct architectural reviews and provide feedback to improve design methodologies and processesExperience: Minimum of 10 years in ASIC frontend designProtocols and Interfaces: Familiarity with PCI, fabrics, AMBA protocols (AXI, AHB, APB), peripheral interfaces (I2C, SPI, UART), debug traces interfaces, and SOC boot processesAdvanced Knowledge: Experience with multi-die package designsDesign Skills: Proficiency in high-performance, low-power design techniquesDebugging: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex SOC issuesCommunication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearlyWe offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry.
