As a Business Analyst within the Audience Management team, you will partner with marketers to design and execute complex portfolio marketing campaigns. You will transform high-level information into detailed technical specifications, ensuring the successful delivery of targeted marketing efforts.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute code to define customer populations for marketing campaigns.
- Design functional specification documents for campaign execution.
- Communicate and clarify requirements with marketers and stakeholders.
- Assess and resolve inconsistencies in data from multiple sources.
- Adhere to process requirements and checkpoints for campaign execution.
- Develop code to extract and process large volumes of customer and account data.
- Validate, audit, and test program outputs to meet original requests.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 3+ years of experience in developing Base SAS codes for data manipulation and reporting.
- Experience as a Business Analyst in related domains.
- Proficiency in database querying (Teradata/Snowflake).
- Strong analytical skills demonstrated by previous work experiences.
- Experience in requirement gathering and interacting with off-shore partners.

- Background in marketing operations, direct marketing, or data analysis.
- Experience in a banking or financial institution environment.
- Familiarity with operations, direct marketing, and data analysis in a banking environment.
