Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage Personal Compliance for various projects.
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure timely completion of certifications.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of internal and external communications.
- Collaborate with the technical team to generate content for various channels.
- Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Establish response standards and processes for interactions with clients, vendors, partners, and regulators.
- Implement and manage compliance program reporting and monitoring.
- Create dashboards for tracking and reporting on Code of Conduct adherence and training certifications.
Skills and attributes for success
- Monitor project performance, report on progress, and maintain detailed certifications schedules.
- Identify personal compliance risks and issues, devising contingency plans as needed.
- Utilize AI knowledge to enhance compliance processes.
- Ensure all personal compliance initiatives align with the organization's branding and guidelines.
- Manage stakeholder communication, set expectations, and address any concerns.
- Plan and oversee the execution of certifications from inception to completion.
- Facilitate effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Address and resolve any issues related to personal compliance.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Post-graduate degree or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in:
- Compliance processes/Learning certifications
- Data analysis and reporting
- Strong logical reasoning skills
- Experience of working in a fast-moving, client-driven environment
- Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence and Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft 365, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Independent problem-solving skills with a focus on inter-team collaboration.
- Critical thinking abilities and experience with technology tools.
