- 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist providing consultations to the business on topics such as performance management, etc.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in process and product improvement in HR domain.
- Ability to communicate in English and Finnish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in HR, people programs, or other large-scale people related roles.
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience coaching and mentoring others.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, customer service, people management, consultation, teamwork, and organizational skills.
