  • Delivering exceptional customer service and promptly responding to inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Performing general administrative duties with flair, including maintaining files, schedules, and appointments for the sales teams.
  • Maintaining a meticulous database and updating records of contacts, accounts, and orders as required.
Skill Requirements
  • Degree in a Business curriculum or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles and sales administration processes
  • Highly organized and disciplined with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues within departments across functions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter who is comfortable working independently and in a team environment
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to anticipate needs and proactively address challenges.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience in sales support, sales coordination, or administrative roles in a sales environment.
