Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or management consulting, in the media and entertainment, influencer and creator networks/agencies.
Experience managing partnerships and negotiating agreements.
Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
Ability to communicate in English and Arabic fluently to support partner relationship management in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience building and maintaining complex, end-to-end strategic partnerships.
Experience across content and media, creator economy and influencer marketing.
Experience working autonomously in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Ability to identify potential business opportunities, assess financial/business benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with strategic partners.
