Your responsibilities will be to:
Support and closely collaborate with the Oracle implementation team
Support the data migration from current system to Oracle
Conduct monthly closings of company books, including consolidation reporting
Prepare statutory financial statement of Swiss legal entity
Ensure that all daily activities of company follow SOP/accounting principles
Provide monthly and daily financial reports
Collaborate closely with local controlling team
Oversee the AUC cycle: Cost Project life management (creation, closure), Capitalization, Ageing monitoring
Take care of Fixed Assets projects
Support and collaborate with other finance departments as well as other functions and departments as needed
Our requirements:
B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in the fields of Economics, Accounting, Finance or related
Previous working experiences in international companies
Relevant experience of more than 5 years in similar positions in a modern manufacturing environment – preferably automotive industry
Having a CPA certification would be an advantage
In-depth knowledge of finance processes within organizations
Previous experience working in ERP systems (preferably in Oracle)
Proficient English language skills - both written and verbal
Good knowledge of German (B2 or B3 level)
High organizational and communication skills
Capable of dealing with pressure, challenging others and able to voice his/her opinion
