We are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to support the PayPal UK General Manager and Country Leader. This role requires proactively anticipating the needs of the UK General Manager, taking the initiative to solve problems independently while displaying appropriate judgment.


Responsibilities:

  • Providehigh-touch executive administrativebusiness objectives.
  • Help to design and administer an operating rhythm for each team
  • Coordinate andmanage internal and externalmeetings at the executive (C-suite) level, includingGlobal Market leadershipteam onsite meetings and events managing the budget, key stakeholders and any special requirements. Thisrole includes interaction withCEO staff Executive Assistants and C-suiteexecutives.
  • Follow up on action items on behalf of the leaders as appropriate
  • Provide effective and expeditious calendar management and meeting coordination including agendas, notes and follow-up as needed
  • Manage room bookings and video conference facilities on site
  • Make travel arrangements expeditiously and accurately for both domestic and international travel
  • Prepare and track purchase orders and expense reports
  • Partner with EAs’ per group in order to learn, share best practices and foster cross-functional collaboration at all times

Experience:

  • 8+ years relevant work experience supporting at the SVP or above levels in a complex and dynamic environment.
  • Prior experience in handling a wide range ofadministrative-relatedtasks, organizing large meetings acrosstime zones andarranging travel.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a sense of urgency and under pressure, as needed to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to act diplomatically and respectfully when communicating with key internal and external customers and individuals of varying levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to take the initiative to spot problems before they arise, find solutions, andprovide timely follow-throughon projects.
  • Highly organized with an abilityto demonstrate meticulousattention to details, adaptability,flexibility, resourcefulness andefficiency.
  • Self-starter and self-directed: understands the needs of the executives and proactively helps and addresses gaps and opportunities.
  • High level ofintegrity required forhandling sensitiveand confidentialinformation.
  • A “can-do” attitude that focuses on getting the job done
  • Team player and comfortable working within executive assistant team dynamic, as well as working with other stakeholders and partners.
  • Flexibility toaccommodate leaders globaltravel schedule.
  • Advanced skills using MS Office applications; Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Teams
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral).
  • Comfortable taking direction from members of the senior leadership’s support team.
