Job Description

You are responsible for

This is critical role with roles and responsibilities including the following, however, scopes will be changed according to overall business dynamic:

· Establish and improve the company's training system, training system and related processes, including training course library, training lecturer selection and management, training assessment and evaluation implementation, etc. Establish internal lecturers and management mechanism

· Work closely with marketing department to compile product courses, textbooks and carry out training implementation to internal sales, promoters, partners and other relevant parties. Responsible for customer responsible sales person management training and terminal business personnel sales skills training

· Centering on the company's talent demand standards, work with the Human Resources Department to conduct new employee training system and cooperate with professional skills training at all levels to design training models and stimulate employees' potential

· Introduce appropriate external training resources according to the company's development and customer needs

· Develop new training methods and approaches based on the development of the training environment, improve the quality of the instructors in the training department, and serve as the main lecturer of some public courses and customer training courses

· Develop annual/quarterly/monthly training and annual training budget

You are a part of

You will base in Shanghai, reporting to Sales Excellence Leader, Personal Health, Greater China and collaborate with many other teams including Marketing, Finance, Sales, R&D, Factory etc.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

· Minimum 8 years of experience in MNC

· Demonstrated experience and success in the management of training department for different sales channels inclu. online and offline

· Change Management, empathy & Interpersonal skills and influencing skills

· Ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders on various levels

· High ethics and integrity, compliance orientation

· Sales related background is preferred

· Fluent in English and native in Mandarin
