Job Summary- Develop new strategic alliances for the Ibaraki site in Japan within the Communication, Enterprise, and CloudSpace/Industrial/Healthcare/Lifestylemarket with a focus on building strategic relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Analyze and understand your customers business strategy, technology roadmap, future product plans and expansion activities; and align Flex resources to successfully differentiate Flex to close new business opportunities.
- Align with customers on key technology, innovation, and supply chain initiatives to create unique value propositions with both Flex EMS and/or vertical integration, including design, engineering, mechanicals, optical, plastics, power, Infinex, and Global Supply Services.
- Assist current accounts in the development and execution of product roadmaps and act as a focal point in delivering Flex’s solutions.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Related field
- 10+ years of successful EMS Business Development experience.
- Proven ability to build strategic relationships at all levels of the customer organization
- Demonstrated experience of account growth by selling a global solution with includes all aspects of Flex’s vertical integration offering.
- Strong financial acumen, negotiation, and strategic selling skills
- Proficient in English and Japanese
- Experience selling into enterprise, communication, cloud, Industrial, Healthcare, Lifestyle customers will be preferred.
