Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 4 years of experience in accounting or relevant public accounting or a tech environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) SAP or data analysis tools and techniques.
- Experience with SOX compliance.
- Knowledge of United States GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Ability to have a collaborative style and work with cross-functional and international teams.
- Ability to have strong attention to detail, organizational skills and focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent problem solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with executive management.
