Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of HR Business Partner or HR Generalist experience.
Ability to communicate in Cantonese and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience implementing HR projects, risk management/mitigation and supporting change management, business readiness, communications, and training activities.
Experience with cross-functional collaboration and drive decisions with multiple stakeholder groups.
Knowledge Broad range of HR, exposure to CoE disciplines and local employment law.
Excellent communication, change management, critical thinking and analysis skills.
Excellent project management skills and delivery, able to manage multiple simultaneous priorities.
