Govern Deployment Processes and Practices: Establish and oversee deployment processes, ensuring adherence to defined processes , identifying best practices and work on continuous improvement
Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, fostering strong relationships to facilitate successful learning deployment.
Lead Process Improvement Efforts: Identify areas for improvement within existing deployment processes and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Cross-Collaborate with Talent and Business: Work closely with Talent Development teams and Talent Shared services to identify learning solutions that align with Business goals and drive performance.
Strategize and Identify Automation Opportunities: Analyze current deployment practices to identify automation opportunities that can help to streamline processes and enhance the learning experience.
Manage a Team of Deployment Specialists: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of deployment specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of deployment initiatives. Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and continuous learning. Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews for team members, providing constructive feedback and recognition.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in learning deployment, project management, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of learning technologies and deployment models.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement initiatives.
Experience in cross-functional collaboration and solution development.
Knowledge of automation tools and techniques in learning deployment is a plus.
Previous experience managing a team is highly desirable.
