KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Conduct KPI benchmarking and diagnostic analysis to identify areas of opportunity.
- Provide deep dives and actionable insights for ad-hoc business-related questions.
- Support operational site error alerting and perform root cause analysis.
- Summarize and communicate insights from product and campaign launches.
- Analyze consumer journeys with storytelling, focusing on user experience optimization.
- Evaluate product and campaign performance (e.g., comparing Samba vs. Gazelle.).
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel) and digital shopping
- Basic proficiency in SQL & other data language skills (e.g., Python, Data Science modelling, Power BI, etc.).
- Statistical modelling skills preferred
- Curiosity and excellent analytical ability
- Self-starter and passionate storyteller
- Strong team player and collaborative
QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently enrolled full-time in an undergraduate program at a College/University
- Anticipated graduation date is between December 2025 and August 2026
- Eligible to work in the US without restrictions.
- Available to participate in our 12-week full-time internship program from May/June to August/September 2025
