What you’ll do:
- Be an expert of Redis’s internal data
- Build flexible, scalable and accurate data models to simplify our complex source data
- Partner cross-functionally to define, document and create company metrics & KPIs
- Set and promote best practices for data modeling
- Apply software engineering best practices to analytics code (version control, code reviews)
What will you need to have?
- 5+ years of experience in transforming large data sets with SQL and Python, big data technologies, and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills coupled with strong business acumen.
- Comfortable with ambiguity; able to take ownership, and thrive with minimal oversight and process
- You are experienced in managing stakeholder needs, expectations, and relationships
