Your impact
- Should have an experience of more than 7 yrs. in pavement design, pavement management and construction specifications.
- Knowledge of AASHTO, DMRB, QHDM, ADM and KSA Standards
- Exposure to international projects and previous GDC experience is desirable.
- Should have working knowledge of software like CIRCLY, KENPAVE, AASHTOWARE, ELMOD, HIPAVE, DAPS, AutoCad and Civil 3D.
- Should be able to perform pavement design and evaluation for roads, ports and marines, industrial parks, and airports.
- Should understand pavement materials, construction sequence and buildability.
- Should be capable enough to understand the project requirement and work independently with minimum guidance from lead engineer and ensure quality in work.
- In the role of Sr. Engineer will be responsible to lead the technical team of 2 to 3 engineers to deliver the project.
- Should be able to check the work of less experience engineer and guide and mentor them as required.
- Should have good communication and coordination skills to communicate and coordinate between multiple disciplines and offices.
- Should have desire to progress towards attaining chartership and develop himself / herself as a team leader.
