• Deploy, configure, and maintain Virtual Machines, Networking, Storage, and other Azure IaaS components.
• Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting for Windows and Linux servers with Docker and Kubernetes environment management.
• Provide L3 level support for infrastructure-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution.
• Utilize monitoring tools like Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and third-party solutions to track system health and performance.
• Ensure compliance with security best practices, identity management, and role-based access control (RBAC) for Cloud & DC.
• Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery (DR), and high availability strategies.
• Define and improve IT service management (ITSM) processes based on ITIL best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team viz. DevOps, security, and application teams to ensure seamless cloud operations.

You have:

• B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/M.E. in EEE/ECE/CSE/IT with 5-7 years of experience in Infrastructure Management.
• Experience in Azure Virtual Machines, Networking, Storage, Load Balancers, and RBAC.
• Experience in Windows Server (Active Directory, DNS, IIS, Group Policies) and/or Linux (Ubuntu, RHEL, CentOS).
• Experience leading a team and handling escalations, training, and process improvements.

It would be nice if you also had:

• Basic understanding of VPNs, firewalls, VNETs, subnets, and hybrid cloud connectivity.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and service management tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, or Remedy.
• Certification in Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104).
