Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Excellence: Lead structural design projects for water-based structures, leveraging your expertise and innovative thinking.
- Collaborate with Key Stakeholders: Work closely with Regional Solutions Directors, Technical Directors, and the Regional Water panels to prepare compelling proposals and lead major projects.
- Develop Talent: Mentor and grow a core group of water retaining structures engineers and modellers across the Asia Pacific region.
- Global Community Integration: Connect your team to our global community of practice, fostering knowledge exchange and collaboration.
