Oversee and support the deployment, planning, and delivery of curricula.
Manage various learning operations functions, including administration, vendor management, and client experience management.Compile and analyze data from learning programs to generate insightful reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Craft clear and compelling communications to promote learning initiatives or other purposes as needed.
Continuously develop self and maintain knowledge of relevant areas of work.

5+ years in similar role
Experience working with an LMS, preferably SuccessFactors
Proficient in advanced capabilities in Excel and PowerPoint (use of pivot tables and v-lookup, present information in a compelling way using PPT)
Proficient in MS Teams, Office 360, Miro, and SharePoint
Education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Adult Learning is considered an asset
