Key Responsibilities

• Designs, collects data, analyzes and compiles reports on a variety of difficult process engineering experiments, within safety guidelines
• Troubleshoots a variety of complex problems, perform Root Cause Analysis and resolve a variety of difficult process engineering issues
• Generates internal and external documentation for products, presentations and technical reports
• Optimizes innovative display technology for performance and yield, minimizes the gap between NPI and mass production
• Drives device/module level simulation activities, optically and/or electrically
• Interacts with customers to resolve a variety of difficult process engineering issues/problems with limited supervision
• Identifies, selects and works with vendors and suppliers with limited supervision
• Implements new technology, products and analytical instrumentation
  

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of Photolithography
• OLED device/module knowledge
• OLED evaporation experie
• Experience of CVD, PVD, or display fabrication related technologies
• Optical or electrical simulation capabilities
• Display/semi Industry experience
