GDIA Data Product Management mission: to develop, document, and guide a well-defined path for GDIA Central Data Engineering that provides the enterprise with best-in-class, reusable data products focused on prioritized initiatives.

The Data Product Management Team is responsible for:

• Contributing to the development, implementation, and lifecycle management of high-quality reusable foundational data products, bringing in strategic sources for enterprise needs, and data capabilities
• Prioritize data engineering demand based on business impact, data-driven insights, and evolving enterprise demand
• Running the Data Product Management Process daily, quarterly
