Independently consults and acts as a liaison with business partners and clients in performing client onboarding and product/solution implementation within specified timeframes
Consults and collaborates with sales officers, operations units and clients to ensure client requirements are fully met per services/products requested
Organise all internal and external project related activities, including pre-sales and RFP support, to ensure a timely and smooth client onboarding/ implementation process
Takes end to end ownership of implementation deliverables, including ensuring to achieve positive client experience
Independently coordinate a variety of complex and technical implementations of new or enhanced services which may cover multi-jurisdiction and multi-products. This includes but not limited to, receiving appropriate executed documents prior to service implementation from sales and preparing the necessary implementation with complete, accurate information
Responsible in handling internal audits deliverables, procedure updates, business continuity related matters and inter-affiliate billings
Maintain high standard on internal controls to ensure risk mitigation protecting the client and the Bank
Performs related control/risk mitigation deliverables
Skills:
University degree
Minimum 2 to 3 years’ working experience in Financial / Banking industry, providing implementation support, account maintenance related support to corporate clients
Strong practical experience and understanding in Payment formatting and standards
Good understanding around Malaysia’s Foreign Exchange Policy to facilitate implementation for payments’ file formatting especially for Purpose of Payments
Experience in implementation , product management , project management, account maintenance and onboarding and/or operations
Possesses a track record of corporate banking product or account onboarding, focused on the delivery of treasury service solutions for corporate clients and/or financial institutions
Knowledge on corporate banking products, web-based electronic banking platforms and H2H solution, new account opening/onboarding, account maintenance and client documentations requirements
Working shift is from Monday to Friday, 830am to 530pm, observing MY and state public holiday. There might be requirements to conduct system testing, if required
