In this role, you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• User Experience:Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces, enhancing the overall customer experience.
• Code Quality:Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, following best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshooting:Identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of the eCommerce platform.
• Collaboration:Work closely with backend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
• Continuous Improvement:Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, proactively contributing to the continuous improvement of our development processes.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Design and Development:Develop and customize the SAP Spartacus storefront using REACT to meet business requirements, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Integration:Integrate Spartacus with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) and other third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization.
• GraphQL:Implement and maintain GraphQL APIs to facilitate efficient data querying and manipulation.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Strong proficiency in REACT, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• 2+ Years of experience with SAP Spartacus development, including customization and extension of components.
• Extensive experience with GraphQL, including designing and consuming GraphQL APIs.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-based solutions.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
