• Develop and execute the overall strategy and roadmap for our AMI platform, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and market demands.
• Help plan product deliveries, including documenting detailed requirements, scheduling releases, and publishing roadmaps.
• Work closely with development and QA, solutions marketing, and support teams to ensure that solutions are delivered to plan, the sales teams are enabled, and customers are satisfied.
• Engage with customers and prospects to understand their needs, gather feedback, and collaborate on building and validating new product features.
• Ensure the platform meets scalability, reliability, and performance requirements, supporting the growing needs of enterprise customers.
• Drive the seamless integration and onboarding of AMI products and services, ensuring consistency and alignment across the organization.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to align platform capabilities with business needs, ensuring the platform delivers maximum value.
• Identify opportunities for platform enhancements, optimizing efficiency, user experience, and overall performance.
• Define key metrics, analyze data on product usage and performance, and leverage insights to drive informed product decisions.

To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

• 5+ years of experience in a product management role within a B2B company.
• Experience with enterprise infrastructure, technical environments and cloud-based products.
• Technical background, preferably as a Software Engineer
• Deep understanding of Agile software development processes and principles.
• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written), with a solid grasp of technical IT terminology.
• Comfortable delivering live presentations to diverse audiences.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a collaborative, organized, and detail-oriented approach.
• Results-driven mentality with strong analytical skills; ability to translate ideas into features and data into insights.
• A can-do approach

Whilst these are nice to have, our team can help you develop in the following skills:

• At least 1 year of experience with AI/ML and Generative AI
• Knowledge of Cloud, GenAI and AI/ML technologies, with technical familiarity with the main services of industry leaders
