As a system Architect, you will be liaising with customers/product management to understand customer requirements related to O-RAN RIC and Virtual Power Plant solution. You need to study feasibility, developing high level designs that meeting customer needs following the necessary architecture standards. You need create features and drive through feature screening process for decision. Many of the use cases requires solutions based on AI/ML, it is mandatory requirement to have expert knowledge on AI/ML. You are also responsible for developing high level designs specifying the requirements towards R&D. You are also required to support product management drive customer deep-dives.

• Develop the technical strategy and the architecture roadmap and requirements for AI/ML Domain
• Manages technical requirements from customers’ needs towards the AI/ML area.
• Lead the Feasibility Study and create high level design of the feature/solution
• Drive the features through various feature screening phases for decision
• Responsible for Specification of the Feature in collaboration with various stakeholders
• Responsible for ensuring the feature delivered meets functional and non-functional requirements.
• Responsible for contributing to product related documents related to AI/ML domain
• Supports product management in customer discussions and deep dives.
• Identifying opportunities for innovation and optimization in product architecture evolution.
• Staying up to date with industry trends related to AI/ML Technolgies to support our business requirements.

• 12+ years of SW development including technical architecture, Analytics, Data Science
• Expert Knowledge and working experience in advanced mobile radio networks (LTE and 5G). Virtual Power Plant (VPP)
• Knowledge and working experience in energy domains desirable
• Knowledge, and working experience in RAN optimization domains related to L1, packet scheduler, radio resource management and user plane.
• Expertise in AI/ML and Data Science skills.
• Experience in implementing Deep learning Neural Networks like [CNN,LSTM,Autoencoders,Transformers] , Reinforcement Learning , Tree based algos [XGBoost , CatBoost]
• Hands on experience to use different AI/ML frameworks like Tenserflow,Pytorch,Keras
• Worked on different libraries related to Data science and Machine learning like Scikit-learn, OpenCV, NumPy, SciPy, Matplotlib, pandas, MLOPS, Kubeflow, Apache Beam, Flink
• Usage of GPUs for ML training /inferencing, quantization etc.
• Familiarity with processing of field/network performance data, traces, logs
• Expertise in programming with Python, GO, JAVA
• Expertise with Linux, Kubernetes, Docker Container etc.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written desired.
