Your Core Responsibilities

• As a Technical Leader, you will spearhead the development and research of new Drug Substances processes, ensuring alignment with filings and providing robust chemistry support for new drug applications.

• Address the challenges ofscaling up forpiloting andlaunching ofnew products

• mmerse yourself in continuouschemistry /

• identifyandinitiate

• You will have the chance toprovidereal-time technical insights during production, handling deviations, and defining efficient cleaning processes for new products.

• Support varioustechnicalinvestigationsas needed, using LSS tools to resolve process issues and ensuring adherence to GMPsandsafetyguidelinesalllaboratory work.

• Prepare necessarytechnicaldocumentation and reports to support plant operations, tech transfer, and regulatory filings.

• recognisedas Chemistry subject matter expert throughboth internaland external presentations, interpretationand applying datatofacilitatesuccessfulchemistry goalsand proactively engaging with commercialization partners.

Who You Are

• Are you an expert in Chemistry with experience in Process development?

• Have you proven your mettle in Research and development operations?

• Can youprovidetechnicalguidance anddemonstratetechnical

• Are you familiar with modern technologies and can you adapt to themand their use

• Experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry will be an advantage

• Experience in recent scale up of processes for lab to small scale.
