THE ROLE

You will be an essential part of our team, supporting our IT Portfolio leads in various areas, including:

• Adopting the global portfolio process for finance purposes.
• Developing new reporting methods to guide and steer the finance organization.
• Creating new reports and dashboards within JIRA.
• Prepare meetings with all areas within Finance and levels of Management
• Support in driving IT portfolio-relevant projects.
• Assisting with communications.
• Supporting the AI project intake process and maintaining the AI project database.
• Optional: Assisting with smaller citizen development projects.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Positive and “we can” attitude
• Student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences,
• Preferred fields of study: Business Administration or Information Technology
• First practice experience preferable
• Analytical skills and a strong understanding of business economics
• Strong communications and presentation skills
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel, optional: Power Automate), JIRA and SAC are a plus
• Languages: German and English proficiency required
