In this role, you will:
- Support overall effectiveness of the team according to plans, monitor daily securities, and cash related production work
- Supervise daily production activities and staff
- Guide others on complex production improvement efforts and address procedural impacts
- Provide back-up for all department functions while providing coaching and feedback to staff
- Prioritize work and provide daily leadership to teams
- Contribute to solving corporate governance and address compliance issues for the department
- Lead the implementation of new or revised processes and procedures
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Interact with internal customers
- Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of Securities Operations experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Subject Matter Expert or Team Lead experience (coaching, RCA/error analysis, etc.)
- Strong processing experience in a financial campaign; preferably in cash management/movement, asset movement, brokerage services, global payments, or the likes
- Experience in Quality Control
- Strong attention to details
- Wiling to work on permanent night shift schedule that follow US holidays
- Amenable to 100% onsite reporting in Five/Neo Building 31st Street Bonifacio Global Taguig City
Job Expectations:
The Check Processing Team supports Cash Movement which involves processing check deposits, doing check research and reconciliation and effective logging of deposited checks.
The Lead Securities Operations Representative is expected to do coaching and RCA when there's any errors or escalations.
The Lead Securities Operations Representative for the Cash Management Processing team is expected to be involved in people and process management. The team lead should be able to manage the performance of all her direct reports, become an SME of the process she supports and be able to multi-task to provide support to the Operations managers for any admin or Ad-Hoc tasks as necessary.
