Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- 3+ years of experience in the server-datacenter technology industry OR in a technical role in hardware design or computer architecture AND experience working with external ecosystem partners, building collaborations, and relationships.

- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check:
- This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred/Additional Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher with a technical concentration preferred or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of experience in the server-datacenter technology industry OR in a technical role in hardware design or computer architecture in a hyperscale cloud technology field AND experience working with external ecosystem partners, building collaborations, and relationships.
- Be conversant and have experience with software and hardware architectures. Including knowledge of the component technologies and underlying silicon technology (compute, networking, storage, memory, etc.) in the hardware industry.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem resolution and decision-making skills.
- Solid judgment, team building, budgeting, and the ability to work under continual deadline pressure.
- Good oral and written communication skills, including the ability to build compelling internal/external presentations and comprehensive business review materials, as well as the ability to translate abstract thoughts, key themes and tactics into understandable messages for broad consumption.
- Adaptability, flexibility and the ability to deal with ambiguity while working in a fast-paced and changing environment with a highly organized, process-focused aptitude.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiating skills; the ability to deal with multiple constituencies and manage multiple simultaneous objectives is imperative.
- Some travel may be required – rough expectation is 25% of time or less.
