We are seeking an IT Project Manager with a strong background in overseeing information technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a project management role within technology-driven environments.

As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful completion of projects within scope, timeline, and budget while working closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage information technology projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and third-party vendors.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and business units to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage stakeholder communication, reporting progress and addressing issues proactively.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices and organizational standards.
• Drive post-implementation reviews to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Holders of Bachelor’s degree.
• 4-7 years of experience in project management for information technology initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid approaches), with ability to tailor approach to project type.
• Experience with enterprise technology deployments, system integrations, IT infrastructure initiatives.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities.
• Must be proficient in Greek and English language skills.
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, JIRA, or similar).
• PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification will be considered an advantage.
