What a typical day looks like:
Be responsible for the overall mechanical design, analysis, documentation and functional validation of power adapter/PSU products
Support product pre-research, spec clarification and cost analysis
Contribute to the development of mechanical tooling and production part qualification.
Innovative mechanical improvement and VAVE for developed products
Collaborate with internal and external teams ( i.e. customer, suppliers, cross-function team, manufacturing, quality, etc.) to ensure the successful development and launch of new products
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or above
5+ years of experience
in mechanical design, preferably in power supply product design
Strong CAD & pro-E/Creo , UG skill
Experience resolving tolerance stack-up and interference issues on 3D models.
Awareness of manufacturing processes including injection molding, metals fabrication and secondary finishing process
Demonstrated problem solving skills and creative, analytical and detail orientated work ethic.
Good writing and speaking in English.
