As a Data Analytics Manager, you will be actively contributing to transforming data into actionable insights for our clients. Your role will involve a combination of technical expertise, analytical skills, and business knowledge to help clients leverage their data assets to make informed decisions, optimize operations, and drive growth.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage client engagements to understand their business objectives and data analytics requirements
• Oversee data extraction, cleaning, and transformation to prepare datasets for analysis
• Translate complex analytical findings into strategic recommendations for non-technical audiences
• Create intuitive data visualizations and dashboards for stakeholders to interpret the results
• Ensure engagement project expectations are met as defined by project and engagement stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to grow the business
• Monitor project scope, schedule, and the progress of client engagement deliverables
• Identify, communicate, and address project risks, assumptions, and constraints
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across other EY functional groups
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data science and analytics tools
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture

Key Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree (MQF Level 6) in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 4+ years of relevant, professional work experience in data and analytics
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and SAS
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar
• Experience building and applying data analysis techniques and algorithms
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proven leadership and project management skills
