Key Responsibilities:

• AWS, GCP, Converged Cloud Infrastructure and Runtime System Operations support.
• Converged Cloud - CC+1 + S4 SM coordination
• Capacity Management, Audit, system upsizing and downsizing
• Datacenter setup, configuration and migration
• Incidents handling and on-call support

Required Qualifications:

• Work experience as a Cloud DevOps Engineer, good knowledge and skills in AWS, GCP, Azure.
• Experiences in troubleshooting and investigation for urgent cases or major incidents, be able to lead the technical analysis.
• Knowledge in Converged Infrastructure or SAPConverged Cloud Infrastructure.
• Extensive working experience in operation support or project management.
• Datacenter/System migration experience, knowledge of HANA DB, ERP an asset
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks even under stressful conditions.
• Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering quality work.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering or an equivalent
• Familiarity with Linux OS, Windows, Python, Ansible, Apache, API etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understand the security concepts, some experience in OS patching process.
• Knowledge of Networking, DNS, LDAP, Firewall
• Relevant training and/or certifications would be asset
