Product Manager is responsible for successful launches, marketing activities, monitoring market situation and development, implementation or accountability for brand plans that optimize profitability, market share and revenue growth for a product or the products in the short and long term.

How you’ll spend your day
  • Lead marketing strategies and develop brand/brands activation to ensure brand(s) growth and gain market share, while ensuring correct execution and alignment with the sales and trade teams.
  • Plan, deliver and implement an annual marketing program for market/region that is consistent with global marketing messaging.
  • Lead the development of promotional activities in line with internal SOPs and Code of Conduct guidelines.
  • Monitor and control brand budgets, forecasts and expenses and assess the marketing mix of the product to evaluate cost effectiveness and results.
  • Develop appropriate promotional and educational materials to support brands sales and market growth.
  • Lead and prepare the content of Brand Value Teams and Launch Teams.
  • Ensure preparation of yearly and monthly SKU forecasting, works closely with supply team to ensure the supply for forecast accuracy.
  • Run market research programs & market insights for responsible brands and monitors/anticipates market development.
  • Building and maintaining relations with the KOLs, OLs and Associations as the representative of the brand in order to obtain information about the competitors’ practices and strategies and to maximize the commercial opportunities for the brand(s).
  • Meet Teva expectations for quality and compliance with internal policies, codes and procedures and relevant external Codes of Conduct and Legislation.
  • Monitor the sales trends, performance and competitor activities and keep the internal stakeholders updated.
  • Liaise with the advertising agency regarding the product campaign including journal advertising, direct mail and conferences, digital marketing etc.
  • Lead the Long Range Planning & produce local forecasts to feed into the global and regional Brand Planning Processes.
  • Actively participate in New Launch Product Introduction process, deliver sales forecasts.
  • Consult and support portfolio department to develop business case for future portfolio opportunities
Your experience and qualifications
  • University degree form a reputable university
  • Min. 2 years of marketing experience as in Product Management in a pharma industry
  • CNS experience will be a plus
  • Preferably launch experience
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
  • Agile, desire to learn & develop, customer oriented approach
  • Team player and excellent communication and presentation skills are required
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Having no travel obstacle within Turkey or abroad
