The key responsibilities:
- Lead the team to ensure the application of product in diagnosis and therapy, collaborate with commercial/functional teams to identify market opportunities, prioritization, and go-to market strategy.
- Attracting and retaining key talent and creating an environment that fosters employee engagement, diversity, professional development, and high levels of employee satisfaction.
- Act as inspirational leaders with coaching and team building skills
- Teaming skills – Ability to influence, motivate and work with diverse, cross-functional teams, across levels
- Develop Sonazoid Clinical Education Training Offering and educate customer on good use of Sonazoid in label
- Demonstrate the use of Sonazoid in customer site to let customer understand SNZ using process and the clinical benefits for pre-sales support
- Be familiar with all kinds of high end US machines setting
- Establish credibility as an expert and create strong relationships with KOLs and Users at customer sites, such as product clinical benefits introduction
- Provide Sonazoid trouble shooting and Questions & Answers to customers during the use of our Sonazoid product
- Educate sales team on GE Healthcare product advantages and clinical benefits
- Collect, analyze, and communicate competitive information and propose the competitive countermeasure
- Use market and product knowledge to assist sales team in developing sales, marketing and customer service strategies
- Cooperate with marketing team to collect customers’ feedback and best cases in order to differentiate our product and enhance our service.
- Produce well-written post-training reports and provide regular feedback on SA&KA situation
- Provide insight and input into the clinical strategies for each opportunity engaged
- Cooperate with sales team to develop and implement personalized regional activities
Required Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s Degree, majored in Medical preferred
2.Minimum 5 years of related experience
3.Required active professional clinical/technical certifications/registries necessary to scan live patients in a clinical setting
4.Demonstrated current basic clinical scanning proficiencies on current products/platforms
5.Proficiency in computer skills, e.g. Microsoft Office
6.Willingness to travel extensively
7.Ability to communicate effectively using local language
8.Be experienced in CEUS ofliver lesionsfor minimum one year
