Role Outline/Job Summary
The role requires the individual to be the central coordinator across all 14 workstreams in QMMF Issues Management Process and CAP remediation. The successful candidate will be required to actively engage and manage across FP&A and workstreams to identify potential issues which arise during the process, raise CAPs and track remediation through to completion. The role will require actively managing risk and escalations to senior management accordingly.
Responsibilities:
- Consolidation of Potential Issues during QMMF/CCAR cycles including putting in Halo.
- Review and challenge of potential Issues with stakeholders including joint review with Head of Forecast execution and Second Line of Defense.
- Tracking of Open Issues and maintaining consolidated list of issues and CAPs. Weekly reviews with senior management and highlighting potential challenging to meeting resolution dates
- Provide inputs for CFO memo for the QMMF process. Providing a summary of Process Observations and improvements made for QMMF.
- Responsible for opening iCAPs post QMMF and Issues management process.
- Issues and CAP closure documentation and review with FP&A leads, Risk and Control, CPRT and Audit.
- Provide daily and weekly reporting metrics and updates on the status of QMMF to senior stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Experience within financial services
- Experience providing financial analysis for monthly forecasts, strategic multi-year forecasts, and annual budgets
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge in additional systems including Oracle, Essbase, and SAP
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master’s degree preferred
