Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Regional finance manager to support the region across revenue, operational budget management, and other regional special projects.

  • Responsible for financial analysis for the country with focus on revenue and cost including expenses.

  • Provide revenue forecast and strategic finance viewpoints to leadership team to support regional business growth.

  • Analyze financial data and create financial models to support business decisions.

  • Provide annual OPEX & CAPEX budgets planning and quarterly outlook update.

  • Provide variance analysis based on outlook and allocated resources to optimize resource allocations.

  • Identify areas of improvement and evaluate the financial or operation risks based on regional regulation.

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to support regional finance matters including month end/year end closing.

  • Review purchasing requisitions and compliance matters in accordance with corporate policy.

  • Provide ad-hoc basis financial reports including scenario-based analysis for regional special projects.

:

  • Requires minimum 10 years related experience in finance in a technology-oriented industry. Semiconductor industry preferred.

  • Advanced Computer proficiency of Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, PPT, MS Teams). Experience of Oracle ERP, Tableau is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal and efficient organizational skills.

  • Ability to maintain collaborative interactions and gain cooperation with multiple cross functional groups and team members.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic, diverse, and fast paced environment.

  • Strong, professional business focused advocate.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience.

  • Proficient in local languages and English.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.

• 6+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.

*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

• 2+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with executive leadership (e.g., Vice President level and above).
