Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in manufacturing.
Experience with development of Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) manufacturing processes including acceptance testing, startup and qualification.
Experience with Surface-mount technology (SMT) and box build manufacturing processes.
Experience using tools such as Valor and Allegro to perform DFX.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with a Product Data Management (PDM) tool (e.g., SAP, Agile, Windchill).
Experience developing technical relationships with contract manufacturers/vendors.
Ability to drive root cause analysis, corrective actions and continuous process improvements working with cross functional teams, contract manufacturers and suppliers.
Ability to communicate with multi-geo teams, efficiently collaborate to achieve project goals, contribute positively to the engineering community and manage complex projects spanning multiple technologies.
