Job SummaryReporting to the, thewill be responsible for supplier development in a manufacturing or service process; works with suppliers to continuously improve performance, implement process controls and develop quality assurance plans.
What a typical day looks like:
- Initiates corrective action requests as needed and tracks to satisfactory completion.
- Assists with development and implementation of quality audits.
- Analyzes reports and returned products and recommends corrective action.
- Approves product, process, and equipment qualifications.
- Meetings with CFT.
- Supports Product Engineers and Quality Program Managers with customer interfaces as necessary on quality related issues.
- Communication channel with client. (Complaints, solutions). Client point of contact.
- Customer Quality report weekly.
- Approves product, process, and equipment qualifications.
- Customer Quarterly Business Review meetings.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Engineering Bachelor’s degree.
- Advanced English.
- Experience preferably in the electronics
- Failure analysis
- Knowledge SMT (PCBA´s processes)
- Knowledge PPAP´s.
- Problem solving methodology (8D, 5Why, Process mapping)
- QCP / FMEA knowledge
- Intermediate Excel
- Client communication experience.
