* Hire, mentor and develop solutions architects with a track record of delivering innovative software solutions
* Be a champion of engineering and operational excellence: establish team metrics for measurement of engineering and performance excellence and a consistent, regular process for assessment and improvement.
* Establish a consistent, project management framework and excellent development processes to deliver high quality software, in rapid iterations
* Show strong business and technical judgment that will accelerate release cycles
* Position requires travel — generally, between 0 - 30%A day in the life
* Knowledge of professional software engineering and best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
* Strong written communication skills
* Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish and English, in technical and business settings (verbal and written).
* Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with both technical and non-technical audiences at the executive level.Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math (“STEM” majors) or equivalent experience (Computer Science preferred)
- Ability to deliver high quality documents paying attention to detail - Hands-on expertise in emerging technologies like AI/ML, compute at the edge, and modern application architectures in cloud.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to right level the conversation
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly

- 10+ years of enterprise IT application work that includes at least 2 years of hands-on software development or DevOps engineering experience
- 2+ years of architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider like Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, etc. experience
- 8+ years of technology solutions development and evangelising end-to-end technology roadmaps that guide IT transformations toward cloud computing experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience leading and growing teams of senior technology professionals, ideally in customer facing roles

- Experience architecting, migrating, transforming or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud
