Test Engineer will be part of Test Engineering team and supporting in assigned project or platform as a Test expert and immediate reporting to Line Manager for all assigned work. You will be working with RF Testers and test instruments supporting for 4G/5G technology as part of team. You need to maintain tester's up time and reduction false call rate to achieve customer demand by keeping KPI in best level.

• Tester’s readiness for NPI and mass production requirements.
• Tester and fixture maintenance includes Preventive and Predictive maintenance
• 6S and PM activities for all testers and fixture
• False call reduction in PCBA level and Unit level.
• Down time reduction to ensure uptime of each tester.
• Touch base work with global team for chronicle and new issues those impacting KPIs

• Assigned Platforms productivity, tester yield and false call rate monitoring and on time resolution if any gaps in KPI assignments.
• Tester maintenance and supporting for all testers' PM activities.
• FCR monitoring and timely action tracking and on time updates to Manager.
• Flying probe and ICT Fine tuning, fixture maintenance.
• Tester changeovers-IC Programming, module and unit test level changeovers
• Spare maintenance and reports on shortage of critical spares.
• Downtime monitoring and following the escalation matrix for on time support.
• Local and global meeting attendance for the assigned projects from NPI phase onward.
• Follow all test procedures and checklist for test engineering team.
• Maintaining golden samples and reports any recovery requires to avoid major impact.
• Supporting for tester transfer from site to site (Asset Physical Inventory, Tester Validation, Packing and Shipping)
• NPI and Mass production tester installation, validation and release to production through buyoff checklist.
• Ensuring all latest test plan running in all test stages without any deviations
• Verifying test instrument status and ensuring all are with in valid calibration cycle.
• Weekly and Monthly reports preparation and submit to Manager.
• Production plan vs actual assurance in advance readiness for all relevant test stages.
• Breakdown history maintenance for each test stages.
• Cookbook preparation and training to shift engineers to maintain all test station during the shift hours.
• Supporting to EMS sites for installation and break down issues.
• Improvement projects to improve the performance of testers with cost saving approach.
  

• Structural Equipment hands-on with SPEA FPT, Keysight ICT, Data IO PSV5000/7000.
• Very good exposure in programming, maintenance and fine tuning for SPEA FPT
• Good Understanding of RF knowledge
• Tester & Fixture Maintenance
• RF Instrument handling in past
• Teamwork and successor development attitude.
• Kaizens & Continuous improvement
• RF Tester calibration and troubleshooting of tester issues.
• RF Filter units, TRX PCBA and Radio unit testing in past experience
• Communication with customers, global team and vendors
