In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
As a Software Developer you'll participate in many aspects of the software development lifecycle, such as design, code implementation, testing, and support. You will create software that enables your clients' hybrid-cloud and AI journeys. Your primary responsibilities include: Comprehensive Feature Development and Issue Resolution: Working on the end to end feature development and solving challenges faced in the implementation. Stakeholder Collaboration and Issue Resolution: Collaborate with key stakeholders, internal and external, to understand the problems, issues with the product and features and solve the issues as per SLAs defined. Continuous Learning and Technology Integration: Being eager to learn new technologies and implementing the same in feature development.
- Minimum of [5] years of experience in SAP HANA Analytics solution design and implementation.
- Strong expertise in SAP HANA modeling techniques, data provisioning, administration and reporting.
- Experience with SAP BW/4HANA is a plus.
Must be located or relocate to Bedford, Nova Scotia
- Hands on experience with Universe Design Tool, Information Design Tool, Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, SAP Analytics Cloud
- Strong expertise with Scheduling, Publications.
- Strong expertise with BO versions 4.2 and preferred 4.3.
- Strong expertise with Power BI
- Strong expertise with dashboarding and report development (ex. SAP Analytics Cloud, Web Intelligence 4.2 (4.3 preferred), Lumira Designer, Crystal Reports, Analysis for Office, etc.).
- Strong expertise in all phases of SDLC (ex: Unit / Integration Testing, FUT, Production Cutover and Hypercare).
- Good expertise with CMC (Instance Manager, User Security).
- Good expertise with data sources BW, HANA, SQL Server.
- Good expertise with BW Queries (BEx Query Designer, Eclipse).
- Good to have experience/knowledge in Qliksense, SQL, HANA modeling, BW, BPC, Datasphere
