Responsibilities
Develops and maintains a strong customer relationship and works to be recognized as a Trusted Advisor providing unbiased guidance, ensuring empowerment of the customer team
Plan and execute SAP Premium Engagements service plan as needed to drive success on the customer’s digital transformation roadmap,
Analyze and understand customer situation/requirements, including business requirements, program/project, IT, transformational, architecture, development, infrastructure, and operational topics
Setup, govern the Engagement and plan/coordinate/monitor/support Premium Engagement services based on the customer situation/requirements, solutions, create a value proposition, secure customer alignment, contracts, including working with account teams, solution or industry experts, partners, executives, and delivery support teams
Manage engagement quality and execution of Premium Engagement services, including governance, top issue/escalation management, executive reporting & presentations, resource staffing, procurement, contract management, and services delivery
Plan, coordinate engineering services or resources for end-to-end projects or focused phased activities, including design, optimization, assessment, technical integration, validation, operations, escalations, empower training, and workshops
Identify top issues, define the associated action plan & drive the resolution process, always providing the customer with immediate help in crisis situations
Manage Escalations and critical situations, Instruct customer on SAP's Support processes to drive efficient incident resolution
Actively support the PE business growth , pre-sales activites in alignment with he account team and SAP strategy
Requirements
Bachelor or Master’s Degree: Science, Tech, Engineering, Math and / or equivalent experience in the field of technology.
10+ hands on experience on SAP Solutions / Techchnology /development as a senior expert Industry/ operation management /project management skills/experience is an asset,
Fluency in English and Turkish
Broad understanding of SAP Solutions
Broad understanding of SAP Solution Manager/Cloud ALM strategy and scenarios
Understanding in SAP strategy including service portfolio & Cloud transformation
Strong business acumen and presentation skills, C-Level communication skills, ability to think freely and innovatively, strong cultural awareness, respect, diplomacy, and professionalism, and is highly customer service oriented with strong customer management skills
Proven problem-solving skills and strong work ethic are required
