Your responsibilities will include:
- Work with Physician Training Coordinators, Research and Development, and Sales Training to ensure that all necessary product, agenda, and course information has been procured and set up prior for the event when applicable.
- Coordinate the use of diagnostic specimens/equipment at on and offsite physician training workshop venues.
- Manage off-site models and equipment by ensuring proper space, setup and tear down.
- Complete all required documentation and maintain all records, logs, and forms for continuous quality improvement initiatives, retention, and audit purpose.
- Travel ~ one to two times per month (avg. 4-6 days per month)
- Pack and ship supplies for offsite physician training workshops.
- Manage Stone and Laser model rental program calendar, incoming requests, shipping and receiving.
- Take complete ownership of product, ensuring organization and par-levels.
- Build and assemble training models and additional collateral required.
- Process all equipment, confirm integrity and order replacement components as necessary.
Required qualifications:
- 6 years of experience with an Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education/work experience
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 2 years in medical / medical device Industry
- Minimum of 2 years managing medical programs, medical product requests or Cadaver experience
- An ideal candidate would have experience with logistics and managing programs utilizing cadaver specimens and/or medical equipment.
- Travel ability to travel 4-6 days per month
- Lift 60 lbs.
- Proven ability to influence without authority
