Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in a technical lead, board and system manufacturing, or program management role.
- Experience in board layout, high speed signal, signal integrity, power distribution techniques, validation, lab bring up and debug.
- Experience in managing suppliers and partners in implementing test hardware requirements for manufacturing testing.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with project management methodologies related to hardware product development.
- Experience in implementing or leading complex, transformational projects resulting in improvement of test or manufacturing operations in the area of quality, cost, speed.
- Experience in bring-up or bench testing hardware in a lab environment.
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and software engineering principles from a systems integration point of view.
- Excellent leadership, investigative, quantitative reasoning, problem-solving, creativity, strategic, and Program Management skills.
