Ensure proper reporting of data privacy metrics, escalation, and remediation of non-compliant metrics
Act as a point of contact for privacy inquiries within their assigned responsible areas
Review, assess, and provide feedback on data protection impact of personal data usage
Review and respond to regulatory events and legal obligations changes
Lead severe privacy incidents responses
Lead strategic initiatives to reduce data risks that impact the effectiveness of HR & EX processes and controls
Develop and maintain HR/EX data privacy governing documents that specify the implementation processes and controls to meet the requirements specified in various Firmwide Personal Data & Protection Policies and Standards across various business areas
Establish & maintain the required HR/EX privacy governance documents aligned with various firmwide personal data & protection policies & standards
Engage and coordinate with stakeholders to drive the implementation of data privacy controls
Support strategic privacy initiatives and lead/contribute to privacy-related projects
Promote privacy awareness and educate colleagues about privacy principles, policies, and procedures
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
Working experience in data management, business controls, data risk management or technology controls.
Deep understanding of various privacy regulations / laws such as GDPR
Experience in creating & implementing data privacy policies / standards / procedures
Experience in data risk management with an understanding of the risk and controls concepts
Communicate effectively with a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build trust with the stakeholders, understanding their needs, have a problem-solving attitude, manage expectations and negotiate where required
